1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials integral to autoclaved aerated coagulation production encompass sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
In this section, raw materials are meticulously processed and stored.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section is pivotal for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for the concrete plates is fabricated. This involves manual (or automatic) hanging of the mesh and automated assembly frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is another core section for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It is utilized for crafting the necessary steel mesh (mesh cage) for the concrete plates, along with manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and automated assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame loaded with the billet body is de-molded using a crane. The body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, completing the product's side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
Post-cutting, the ground turning table removes and recycles corner waste.
Once the waste is removed, the blank body is managed by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are conveyed into the autoclave for consistent pressure maintenance, facilitated by the traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Post-curing, the autoclaved products are extracted and moved to the finished product packaging section by the ferry cart.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After autoclaving, the cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard via packaging and conveying equipment.
