1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production are usually sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste) and so on.
This section is dedicated to the precise processing and storage of all essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section is the heart of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production process.
Here, we fabricate the steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for the slabs, facilitate manual (automatic) mesh hanging, and ensure seamless automatic circulation within the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section plays a pivotal role in the creation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It is essential for fabricating the steel mesh (mesh cage), manual (automatic) mesh hanging, and the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame loaded with the billet body is de-molded by turning the crane. The blank body, alongside the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting completes the product shaping.
Utilizing the ground turning table, the cut body is refined by removing and recycling corner waste.
Post waste removal, the blank body is organized by the marshalling crane and ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave for consistent pressure maintenance using the traction mechanism and ferry cart in front of the autoclave.
Upon curing, the autoclaved products are extracted by the ferry cart and conveyed to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by sophisticated packaging and conveying equipment.
