1.Raw Material Processing Section
The primary ingredients in autoclaved aerated coagulation production include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and storage of these essential raw materials.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This critical section is integral to the production of premium autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) required for AAC plates is fabricated, with options for manual or automatic hanging mesh and seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3.Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This pivotal section is fundamental for crafting superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This area is designated for forming steel mesh (mesh cage) for AAC plates, facilitating both manual and automatic hanging mesh, and ensuring smooth automatic frame circulation.
4.Cutting Section
The mold frame, loaded with the billet body, is demolded using a turning crane. The billet, along with the side plate, is then placed on the cutting car for comprehensive side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
The cutting table efficiently removes and recycles corner waste, ensuring clean and precise cuts.
Post waste removal, the billet body is meticulously handled by the marshalling crane and transferred via the marshalling ferry car.
5.Autoclaving Section
The assembled product cakes are conveyed into the autoclave for consistent pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism and the preceding ferry cart.
Post-autoclave, the cured products are extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the final packaging section.
6.Finished Products
Classification&Packaging
Steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
