1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials essential for autoclaved aerated concrete production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum paste, and more.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and storage of raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal section is at the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) required for the concrete plates is fabricated, mesh is hung manually or automatically, and assembly frames circulate automatically.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This crucial section plays a central role in the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It is employed for the production of steel mesh (mesh cage) required for concrete plates, with both manual and automatic processes involved in hanging the mesh and circulating the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame loaded with billet body is demudded by a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is then placed on a cutting car, where the product is precision-cut horizontally, vertically, and on the sides.
The ground turning table removes and recycles corner waste from the cut body, ensuring efficiency.
After waste removal, the blank body undergoes final assembly by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
Using a traction mechanism and ferry cart, assembled cakes are introduced into the autoclave for constant-pressure curing.
Post-curing, the ferry cart extracts the autoclaved products and transports them to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring seamless logistics.
