1. Raw Material Processing Section

In the autoclaved aerated coagulation (AAC) production process, we utilize high-quality raw materials such as sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), all crucial for creating superior AAC products.

This pivotal section handles the meticulous processing and storage of these essential raw materials, ensuring optimal preparation for subsequent production stages.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating & Circulation
This section forms the backbone of the AAC slab production, seamlessly integrating steel mesh fabrication and circulation processes.


At the core of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, this section embodies innovation and efficiency.

Dedicated to crafting steel meshes (mesh cages) crucial for AAC plates, this section facilitates manual and automatic mesh hanging alongside automated frame assembly circulation, enhancing productivity and precision.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section


This critical section is the lifeblood of AAC slab production, driving the success of the process with precision and care.

Responsible for producing essential steel meshes (mesh cages) for AAC plates, this section supports both manual and automatic mesh hanging, ensuring efficient assembly frame circulation.




4. Cutting Section


Employing advanced techniques, the mold frame with the billet body is meticulously demudded by the turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car, achieving precision cutting in side, horizontal, and vertical dimensions.

The cutting completion is refined by a ground turning table, efficiently removing and recycling corner waste for sustainability.
Following waste removal, the blank body undergoes finalization by the marshalling crane and ferry car, ensuring a streamlined process.

5. Autoclaving Section


Skillfully assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave for consistent pressure maintenance, facilitated by an advanced traction mechanism and ferry cart, ensuring peak product quality.

Once cured, the products are expertly extracted from the autoclave by the ferry cart and directed to the finished product packaging section for the final steps.




6. Finished Products: Classification & Packaging
Post-autoclaving, the cakes undergo meticulous sorting, palletizing, and packing. They are then skillfully conveyed to the storage yard by our state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring safe and efficient product handling.


Through expert separation, sorting, and packing, our finished products reach the storage yard with the utmost care and precision, ready to meet market demands.
