1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials utilized in the autoclaved aerated coagulation production process typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum paste, among others.
This section is dedicated to the processing and storage of essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal section is responsible for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is fabricated. The section handles both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This critical section is integral to the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It is used for the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, including manual (automatic) hanging mesh and the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame loaded with the billet body is demolded by turning the crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car. The product is then shaped and cut horizontally, vertically, and on the sides.
The cut body is processed by the ground turning table to remove and recycle corner waste efficiently.
After waste removal, the blank body is handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car for further processing.
5. Autoclaving Section
Assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave for constant pressure maintenance using the traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Once autoclave curing is complete, the ferry cart extracts the products and transports them to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-autoclaving, the cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard by the packaging and conveying equipment, ready for distribution.
