1.Raw Material Processing Section

The journey of crafting superior autoclaved aerated coagulation begins with essential raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste), setting the foundation for excellence.

This vital phase encompasses the meticulous processing and secure storage of these crucial raw materials, ensuring they are ready for the production line.

2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation

This pivotal section serves as the heart of our production process for autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, where precision and innovation unite.

Here, we expertly craft the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) required for our concrete plates, employing both manual and automatic hanging, alongside seamless automatic assembly frame circulation.

3.Pouring and Pre-curing Section

This critical stage is the heart of our production line for autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, showcasing the synergy of technology and craftsmanship.

It is dedicated to the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) for concrete plates, utilizing precision techniques like manual and automatic hanging mesh, and streamlining the assembly frame with automatic circulation.

4.Cutting Section

The mold frame, laden with the billet body, undergoes demudding via a crane. The blank body is seamlessly transferred onto a cutting car, where it undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve perfection in product molding.

Post-cutting, ground turning tables efficiently manage the removal and recycling of corner waste, ensuring sustainability and efficiency.
Subsequent to waste removal, the billet body is expertly maneuvered by the marshalling crane and ferry car, streamlining the process.

5.Autoclaving Section

Once assembled, our cakes are ushered into the autoclave for consistent pressure maintenance, a journey facilitated by the advanced traction mechanism and ferry cart, ensuring unmatched quality.

Post-curing, our ferry cart efficiently extracts the cured products from the autoclave, seamlessly transitioning them to the packaging section for final touches.

6.Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

The freshly steamed cakes emerge from the autoclave, undergoing a meticulous sorting, palletizing, and packaging process. Our advanced packaging and conveying equipment ensures they are safely transported to our storage yard, ready for eager customers.
