1.Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production are usually sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste) and so on.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and efficient storage of essential raw materials.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This section is the pivotal core for crafting high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It facilitates the creation of steel mesh (mesh cages) necessary for AAC plates, including manual (automatic) mesh handling and seamless assembly frame circulation.
3.Pouring and pre-curing section
This section is the core section for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This phase is crucial for forming steel mesh cages, involving manual (automatic) mesh hanging and automatic assembly frame circulation.
4.Cutting section
The mold frame, loaded with the billet body, undergoes de-mudding via the crane. The billet, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car where it undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
The cut billet is processed on the ground turning table, which efficiently removes and recycles corner waste.
Post waste removal, the billet body is managed by the marshalling crane and the ferry car for final processing.
5.Autoclaving section
The assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave tank for constant pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Post-autoclaving, the cured products are extracted by the ferry cart and conveyed to the finished product packaging section.
6.Finished Products
Classification&Packaging
After autoclaving, the products are sorted, palletized, and packaged. They are then conveyed to the storage yard by advanced packaging and transportation equipment.
