1.Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production are usually sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste) and so on.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and storage of essential raw materials.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This pivotal section is at the heart of producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It focuses on fabricating the steel mesh (mesh cage) needed for the autoclaved aerated concrete plates, facilitating both manual and automatic mesh hanging, and ensuring seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3.Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This core section is integral to the production of high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It is designed for the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, incorporating both manual and automatic mesh hanging, along with the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4.Cutting Section
In this stage, the mold frame with the billet body is demudded using a crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on a cutting car where it undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to shape the final product.
The cutting process is followed by using a ground turning table to eliminate and recycle corner waste effectively.
Subsequently, the blank body is organized by the marshalling crane and ferry car to ensure a smooth workflow.
5.Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are carefully transported into the autoclave tank for constant pressure maintenance, managed by the traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Post-curing, the autoclaved products are extracted and conveyed to the finished product packaging section seamlessly.
6.Finished Products
Classification&Packaging
After being steamed, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and finally transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
