1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the exquisite realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the foundation of excellence lies in a meticulous selection of raw materials. Typically utilized are sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and the essential aluminum powder (or aluminum paste). This blend orchestrates the perfect harmony of components required for superior production.
This pivotal section is dedicated to the adept processing and strategic storage of these indispensable raw materials, ensuring readiness for the next phases of production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
Welcome to the core heartbeat of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production. This section is crucial for the fabrication and assembly that define the quality of our slabs.
This section excels in crafting the essential steel mesh (or mesh cage) required for robust autoclaved aerated concrete plates. Whether through manual or automatic methods, it ensures seamless mesh handling and the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Once again, this section is the centerpiece for creating high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, setting the stage for exceptional durability and performance.
It is specifically designed for the production of the indispensable steel mesh (or mesh cage) for concrete plates, facilitating both manual and automatic mesh handling, alongside the assembly frame's automatic circulation.
4. Cutting Section
In this stage, the mold frame, laden with billet body, is expertly demudded using a turning crane. The billet, nestled with its side plate, is gracefully placed on the cutting car. Here, it undergoes precise cutting-side, horizontal, and vertical-perfecting its form to meet the highest standards.
Through the adept use of ground turning tables, the cut body is meticulously relieved of corner waste, which is then recycled, embodying our commitment to efficiency and sustainability.
With waste efficiently cleared, the blank body is deftly handled by the marshalling crane and ferry car, ensuring continuity in the production flow.
5. Autoclaving Section
In the autoclaving section, assembled cakes are gently ushered into the tank. Here, under controlled environments, they experience constant pressure maintenance, facilitated by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart preceding the autoclaves.
The moment of transformation concludes as the autoclave-cured products are expertly extracted by the ferry cart and transported with precision to the finished product packaging domain.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Emerging from the autoclave, the steamed cakes are meticulously sorted and classified. They are then palletized and packed with care, before being conveyed to the storage yard. This seamless process is managed by our state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring impeccable delivery of finished products.
