1. Raw Material Processing Section
The high-quality raw materials utilized in the autoclaved aerated coagulation production include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication
& Circulation
This is the pivotal section for the efficient production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
In this section, the steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is crafted, and the processes of manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and automatic assembly frame circulation take place.
3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
This is the heart of the production line for autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It is essential for producing the steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, along with facilitating manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and the automatic circulation of assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame loaded with the billet body is expertly demolded by a turning crane. The billet body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where the product undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
The cut body is then processed using a ground-turning table to remove and recycle corner waste efficiently.
After waste removal, the blank body is finalized with the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave tanks for consistent pressure maintenance using the front traction mechanism and the ferry cart.
Once cured, the products are extracted from the autoclave by the ferry cart and conveyed to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The steamed cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard by the advanced packaging and conveying equipment after separation.
