AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the heart of AAC production lies the meticulous processing of premium raw materials including sand, fly ash, lime, cement, gypsum, and both aluminum powder and paste. These fundamental ingredients form the backbone of superior autoclaved aerated coagulation products.
This critical section is dedicated to the precise processing and systematic storage of essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the pivotal segment where the magic of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs comes to life.
Here, the intricate steel mesh, essential for AAC plates, is crafted. The process includes manual or automatic mesh hanging and seamless assembly frame circulation, ensuring top-notch production quality and efficiency.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This cornerstone segment is integral to creating robust autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, where precision pouring and meticulous pre-curing are conducted.
This crucial phase includes crafting the steel mesh needed for AAC plates, with options for manual or automated mesh hanging and flawless assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, bearing the billet body, is expertly demudded via a turning crane. The blank body, coupled with the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car. Here, an intricate process of side, horizontal, and vertical cutting shapes the product to perfection.
The precision cut body is adeptly managed by the ground turning table, ensuring removal and recycling of corner waste is flawlessly executed.
Post-waste removal, the billet body is efficiently handled by the marshalling crane and ferry car to ensure seamless processing.
5. Autoclaving Section
The carefully assembled cakes are gracefully ushered into the autoclave tank via a sophisticated traction mechanism, maintaining constant pressure for optimal curing.
After precise autoclaving, the finished products are extracted meticulously by the ferry cart, transitioning smoothly to the packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-autoclaving, the cakes are expertly sorted, palletized, and packed. They are then conveyed to storage with precision, courtesy of advanced packaging and transport equipment.
