1. Raw Material Processing Section

Within the realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the raw materials that play a pivotal role include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), among others.

This crucial section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and careful storage of these essential raw materials.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation

At the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production lies this fundamental section.

Here, the steel mesh (or mesh cage) indispensable for constructing autoclaved aerated concrete plates is expertly fabricated. It encompasses both manual and automatic mesh hanging and boasts an efficient automatic circulation system for the assembly frame.

3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section

This section serves as the core hub for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, where precision and quality meet.

It specializes in crafting the steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, along with manual and automatic mesh hanging, complemented by an automatic circulation of the assembly frame.

4. Cutting Section

Here, the mold frame cradling the billet body undergoes demudding via a crane, positioning the blank body and side plate on the cutting car. This process ensures product shaping through meticulous side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.

The ground turning table skillfully completes the cut body, efficiently removing and recycling corner waste.
Post-waste removal, the blank body is seamlessly organized and transferred by the marshalling crane and ferry car, ensuring a smooth process flow.

5. Autoclaving Section

In this section, assembled cakes are carefully guided into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism, accompanied by the ferry cart at the forefront of the autoclaves.

Once cured within the autoclave, the products are extracted by the ferry cart and efficiently transported to the finished product packaging section, ready for the next stage.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

The steamed cakes emerging from the autoclave are systematically sorted, palletized, and packed. They are then transported to the storage yard by state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring impeccable readiness for dispatch.
