AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The primary ingredients in autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) production encompass sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and the essential aluminum powder (or paste), among others.
This section focuses on the meticulous handling and storage of raw materials to ensure optimal preparation for the production process.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal section is vital for crafting autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring precision and quality.
Essential for creating the steel mesh (or cage) needed for AAC plates, this segment seamlessly integrates manual (or automatic) mesh hanging with the automated assembly frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
This integral section is crucial in the AAC slab production, focusing on the precision and consistency of the output.
Here, steel mesh (or cage) essential for AAC plates is crafted, incorporating both manual and automated processes for hanging and assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The billet's mold frame is adeptly demudded via a turning crane. Subsequently, both the blank body and the side plate are expertly positioned on the cutting car, where sophisticated side, horizontal, and vertical cuts shape the product.
The ground turning table efficiently completes the cut body, ensuring the removal and recycling of corner waste.
Post-waste removal, the blank body is finalized using a marshalling crane and ferry car, readying it for the next stages.
5. Autoclaving Section
Finalized cakes are conveyed into the tank for precision pressure maintenance courtesy of the traction mechanism and ferry cart, ensuring quality curing within the autoclaves.
Finished autoclave products are expertly extracted by the ferry cart and smoothly transitioned to the packaging section, ready for the market.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The autoclave-steamed cakes undergo sorting, palletizing, packing, and are subsequently transported to the storage yard. This process is expertly managed by advanced packaging and conveying equipment to ensure seamless workflow.
