1. Raw Material Processing Section

The essential ingredients for the meticulous creation of autoclaved aerated coagulation include sand, sometimes substituted with fly ash, as well as lime, cement, gypsum, and a hint of aluminum in the form of powder or paste, all harmoniously blended.

This section serves as the dedicated hub for the meticulous preparation and efficient storage of our superior raw materials.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation

This stage represents the heart of our production process, crucial for crafting autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

In this critical phase, precision-crafted steel meshes or mesh cages for our concrete plates are produced, involving manual or automated mesh hanging and seamless assembly frame circulation.

3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section

As the pivotal phase in slab production, this section orchestrates the vital steps of slab formation for autoclaved aerated concrete.

This stage is dedicated to crafting steel meshes and ensuring the seamless integration of manual and automatic hanging, alongside the smooth circulation of assembly frame.

4. Cutting Section

With precision, the mold frame bearing the pristine billet body is demudded by the dexterous crane. The blank body, alongside the side plate, is expertly positioned on the cutting car, where it undergoes exquisite side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve perfect mold formation.

The ground turning table deftly completes the process, efficiently removing and recycling any corner waste with finesse.
Post waste removal, the marshalling crane and ferry car coordinate to elegantly finalize the blank body's marshalling process.

5. Autoclaving Section

The meticulously assembled cakes are skillfully guided into the autoclave for consistent pressure maintenance, thanks to the precision-engineered traction mechanism and ferry cart.

Upon reaching the pinnacle of curing, our autoclaved masterpieces are gracefully extracted and transported to the final packaging area, ensuring pristine product delivery.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

Having emerged from the autoclave, the sublime cakes are meticulously sorted, intelligently palletized, and expertly packed. They are then transported with care to the storage yard by our state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment.
