1. Raw Material Processing Section

The raw inputs for creating autoclaved aerated coagulation encompass sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder or paste, forming the fundamental components of this innovative building material.

This essential stage is dedicated to the meticulous handling and storage of the raw materials, setting the foundation for optimal production quality.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation

This pivotal section is at the heart of producing high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring excellence in every piece.

This sophisticated section is designed for crafting the steel mesh (mesh cages) crucial for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, incorporating both manual and automatic mesh hanging, alongside seamless assembly frame circulation.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section

This stage represents the central hub for the manufacture of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, pivotal in achieving the perfect blend and consistency.

Here, the creation of steel mesh (mesh cages) needed for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is executed with precision, utilizing both manual and automatic mesh hanging systems, complemented by efficient assembly frame circulation.

4. Cutting Section

The mold frame, carrying the billet body, is expertly demudded via the turning crane. Subsequently, the blank body, alongside the side plate, is adeptly positioned on the cutting car, where the product undergoes meticulous side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve its final form.

The finished body is efficiently processed by the ground turning table to expertly remove and recycle corner waste, ensuring sustainability.
