AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section: The foundation of superior AAC block production begins here, where raw materials are meticulously prepared to ensure consistency and quality in every block.
The essential raw ingredients involved in the creation of autoclaved aerated coagulation products include sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste), among others. These materials are blended with precision to form the perfect composition for exceptional AAC blocks.
This pivotal section is dedicated to the processing and secure storage of raw materials, ensuring they are primed for the next stages of production with utmost care and attention.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating & Circulation: A crucial phase in the AAC block production line, where state-of-the-art technology is employed to create and manage steel mesh structures efficiently, facilitating seamless integration into the AAC slabs.
& Circulation: Integral to maintaining a smooth and efficient production flow, this process ensures that every component is in place for optimal performance in the AAC production line.
This central section forms the heartbeat of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, bringing together technology and innovation to craft high-quality slabs with precision and efficiency.
In this section, sophisticated equipment constructs the steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for AAC plates. It incorporates both manual and automatic mesh hanging systems, alongside an advanced automatic circulation mechanism that enhances the assembly frame's effectiveness.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section: Witness the critical transformation phase where liquid materials solidify and stabilize, setting the stage for high-quality AAC blocks that boast superior strength and consistency.
This is a pivotal part of the production process for autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, combining innovation and expertise to ensure slabs of the highest standards are produced efficiently and effectively.
This section is dedicated to the fabrication of essential steel mesh structures for AAC plates, facilitating both manual and automatic mesh hanging and integrating a seamless automatic circulation process for assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section: Precision cutting technology shapes the AAC blocks to exact specifications, ensuring uniformity and quality that meets stringent industry standards.
The mold frame carrying the billet body undergoes demudding via a crane rotation. The billet body, along with the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car, where it undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve the final product form.
Cutting completion is achieved using the ground turning table, which expertly removes and recycles corner waste, optimizing efficiency and sustainability.
Following waste removal, the billet body is seamlessly transitioned by the marshalling crane and ferry car, ensuring a streamlined process towards the final stages of production.
5. Autoclaving Section: Here, the AAC blocks are subjected to high-pressure steam curing, enhancing their structural integrity and durability, making them a superior choice for construction.
Assembled cakes are carefully loaded into the autoclave using a sophisticated traction mechanism and ferry cart, where they undergo constant pressure maintenance, ensuring optimal curing and strength.
After autoclaving, the products are efficiently extracted by a ferry cart and transported seamlessly to the finished product packaging section, ready for market delivery.
6. Finished Products: The culmination of precision engineering and meticulous planning, delivering AAC blocks that are ready for the demands of modern construction.
Classification & Packaging: Final steps involve the careful sorting, palletizing, packing, and transportation of AAC blocks, ensuring they reach the storage yard in perfect condition, ready for dispatch.
The steamed cakes emerge from the autoclave, where they undergo a meticulous process of sorting, palletizing, and packing. Utilizing advanced packaging and conveying equipment, they are then transported to the storage yard, poised for distribution.
