1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production are usually sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste) and so on.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the pivotal section for the production of high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
In this section, steel mesh (mesh cages) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates are fabricated. It includes both manual and automatic mesh hanging and the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is another crucial section for the production of premium autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This section handles the creation of steel mesh (mesh cages), manual (automatic) mesh hanging, and the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame loaded with the billet body is demudded using a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car. The product's cutting and molding are accomplished through side, horizontal, and vertical cuts.
Upon cutting, the ground turning table efficiently removes and recycles corner waste, ensuring minimal material loss.
Post waste removal, the blank body is managed by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car for final processing.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transferred into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance using the traction mechanism and the ferry cart in front of the autoclaves.
After curing in the autoclave, the products are extracted by the ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The steamed cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard by the packaging and conveying equipment after separation.
