1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials integral to autoclaved aerated coagulation production include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This section is dedicated to the processing and storage of these essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section serves as the heart of the production process for autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It facilitates the fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage) required for the slabs, including manual or automatic hanging of the mesh and automatic frame assembly circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
This segment is critical for the formulation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for the slabs is crafted, with options for manual or automatic mesh hanging and automatic frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, loaded with the billet body, is demoulded by a turning crane. The billet body, along with the side plate, is placed on a cutting car, where it undergoes side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve its final shape.
The cut body is then processed by the ground turning table, which removes and recycles corner waste.
Post waste removal, the blank body is organized by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transported into the tank for constant pressure maintenance via the traction mechanism in front of the autoclaves and the ferry cart.
Post-autoclaving, the cured products are extracted by the ferry cart and conveyed to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by packaging and conveying equipment after being separated.
