1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production are usually sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste), and other essential ingredients.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and strategic storage of raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This section serves as the heart of the production line for autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It is utilized for fabricating the necessary steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, including both manual (automatic) mesh hanging and the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is another core component of the autoclaved aerated concrete slabs production.
This area is employed for creating the steel mesh (mesh cage) needed for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, involving manual (automatic) mesh hanging and automated assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, loaded with the billet body, is demudded using a crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car. The final product shape is achieved through side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
The trim waste is removed and recycled through a ground turning table, ensuring efficiency.
Once the waste is cleared, the blank body undergoes further processing by the marshalling crane and ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave for constant pressure maintenance using a traction mechanism and a ferry cart.
Post-autoclaving, the cured products are extracted by the ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
