AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The primary ingredients essential for the autoclaved aerated coagulation production process include sand, typically sourced from fly ash, as well as lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder or paste.
This pivotal phase focuses on the meticulous processing and strategic storage of all raw materials, ensuring optimal quality and readiness for production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This crucial segment forms the core of the process, essential for crafting robust autoclaved aerated concrete slabs characterized by durability and precision.
This essential segment is dedicated to crafting the steel mesh (or mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It includes both manual and automated mesh hanging operations, alongside the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame for enhanced efficiency.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This pivotal stage is integral to the creation of top-tier autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, setting the foundation for superior quality.
This segment is focused on the precise fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage) critical for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, encompassing both manual and automated mesh hanging processes. It also features the automated circulation of the assembly framework to ensure efficiency and quality.
4. Cutting Section
In this essential phase, the mold frame containing the billet body is carefully demoulded using a turning crane. The blank body, together with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where it undergoes a complete cutting process—lateral, horizontal, and vertical—to achieve the precise product shape desired.
The cutting process culminates with the ground turning table facilitating the efficient removal and recycling of corner waste from the cut body, ensuring minimal waste and environmental sustainability.
Post waste removal, the blank body is meticulously finalized using the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car. This ensures a seamless transition to the subsequent production phase, maintaining workflow efficiency.
5. Autoclaving Section
The expertly assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave tank for sustained pressure maintenance. This is achieved by the precision-driven traction mechanism at the forefront of the autoclaves, complemented by the highly efficient ferry cart preceding it.
After the autoclaving process, the cured products are extracted with finesse from the autoclave by the ferry cart and smoothly transported to the final product packaging section, ensuring quality and integrity are maintained.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The freshly steamed cakes from the autoclave undergo a meticulous sorting process. They are then expertly palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment, following efficient separation to ensure product quality and readiness for distribution.
