1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials for autoclaved aerated coagulation production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This segment is dedicated to the processing and storage of raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication & Circulation
This is the pivotal section where autoclaved aerated concrete slabs are produced.
In this phase, steel meshes (mesh cages) essential for AAC plates are created. It encompasses manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and the automated circulation of assembly frames.
3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
This section is integral to the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It involves the creation of steel meshes required for AAC plates, manual (or automatic) hanging of meshes, and automatic circulation of assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, loaded with the billet body, is demudded using a turning crane. The billet, along with the side plate, is placed on a cutting car, where it undergoes side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to form the product.
The cut body undergoes further processing on a ground turning table to remove and recycle corner waste.
Post waste removal, the billet is completed with the aid of marshalling cranes and marshalling ferry cars.
5. Autoclaving Section
Assembled cakes are transferred into the autoclave tank for constant pressure maintenance by a traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Once cured in the autoclave, the products are extracted by ferry carts and transported to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products Classification & Packaging
The steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by packaging and conveying equipment after separation.
