1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials crucial to the autoclaved aerated coagulation production process typically include sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (or aluminum paste), among others.
This section is dedicated to the processing and storage of these essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This stage is the central component in the manufacturing of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, we fabricate the steel mesh (mesh cage) required for the autoclaved aerated concrete plates. This includes both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This part is also a core section for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It involves the creation of the steel mesh (mesh cage) needed for the plates, and encompasses both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
Here, the mold frame holding the billet body is demoulded by a turning crane. The billet body, along with the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car. The product then undergoes side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve the desired shape.
The ground-turning table completes the process by removing and recycling the corner waste.
After waste removal, the billet body is handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are placed into the autoclave tanks for constant pressure maintenance, aided by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart.
Once cured, the products are extracted from the autoclave by the ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-autoclaving, the cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and finally transported to the storage yard by our advanced packaging and conveying systems.
