1. Raw Material Processing Section
Unlock the potential of your Construction with our top-tier materials! We utilize premium sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste) as the backbone of our autoclaved aerated coagulation production.
This vital section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and organized storage of essential raw materials, ensuring a flawless start to the production process.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal section serves as the heart of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, ensuring seamless operations and precision craftsmanship.
Within this section, we expertly craft the steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. This includes manual or automatic hanging of mesh and sophisticated automatic assembly frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This crucial section acts as the core of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, setting the foundation for high-quality outcomes.
This area is dedicated to the precise creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) required for our concrete plates, featuring both manual and automatic mesh hanging, along with an advanced assembly frame circulation system.
4. Cutting Section
Witness precision at its finest as the mold frame, loaded with billet body, undergoes expert demudding via the crane. The blank body, alongside the side plate, is expertly placed on the cutting car, where it is transformed through side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
Our ground turning table masterfully completes the removal of cut bodies, ensuring corner waste is effectively recycled and the environment is preserved.
Once waste is efficiently removed, the blank body is expertly completed by the marshalling crane and the versatile marshalling ferry car, preparing it for the next stages.
5. Autoclaving Section
Harness the power of innovation as the assembled cakes are effortlessly transported into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance, guided by the traction mechanism and the pre-autoclave ferry cart.
Upon curing completion, the autoclave-treated products are seamlessly extracted by the ferry cart, ready for their journey to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The art of perfection! Post-steaming, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packed. They are then efficiently transported to the storage yard by our state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring safe and organized storage.
