AAC Production Process

1.Raw Material Processing Section
In our advanced production line, the essential ingredients for autoclaved aerated coagulation include superior quality sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste), ensuring a high-grade output.
This integral section meticulously handles the processing and storage of premium raw materials, setting the stage for exceptional production.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This pivotal section is at the heart of creating autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring unmatched quality and consistency.
Designed for precision, this section expertly fabricates the steel mesh (or mesh cage) essential for the slabs, facilitating manual or automated mesh placement and seamless circulation of the assembly frame.
3.Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is crucial for the flawless production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, maintaining high standards of quality.
Exclusively crafted for precision, it ensures the creation of steel mesh (or mesh cage) required for the slabs, supporting both manual and automated mesh hanging along with efficient assembly frame circulation.
4.Cutting Section
Once the mold frame is carefully unloaded by the turning crane, the billet body and side plate are positioned on the cutting car. Here, precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts shape the product to perfection.
The expertly cut body is then processed on the ground turning table, efficiently removing and recycling corner waste, ensuring sustainability.
After waste removal, the billet body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and ferry car, completing the process seamlessly.
5.Autoclaving Section
Utilizing state-of-the-art traction mechanisms and ferry carts, the assembled cakes are introduced into the autoclave tanks for precise constant pressure maintenance, ensuring structural integrity.
Following autoclave curing, the finished products are elegantly extracted and transported by ferry cart to the final packaging area, ready for the market.
6.Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Once expertly steamed from the autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packaged. Our advanced packaging and conveying system then transports them to the storage yard, ensuring they're ready for swift distribution.
