1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials for autoclaved aerated coagulation include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste). Each ingredient is chosen for its ability to contribute to the creation of high-quality concrete.
This section is dedicated to the precise processing and meticulous storage of the raw materials, ensuring that every component is prepared to exacting standards.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal section is fundamental for producing top-tier autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, we fabricate the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. This process integrates manual (automatic) hanging mesh and the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Another core section, crucial for crafting superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
In this phase, the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for the concrete plates is fabricated, incorporating both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
In this section, the mold frame loaded with the billet body is demudded using a crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car for precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting. This precision ensures uniformity and quality.
The cut body is then efficiently managed by the ground turning table to remove and recycle corner waste.
Subsequently, the blank body is handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car for final processing, preparing it for the next stage of production.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are sent into the autoclave tank for consistent pressure maintenance using the traction mechanism and the ferry cart, ensuring every piece meets the highest standards of durability.
Post curing, the autoclaved products are carefully extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section, ready for the final steps.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After being steamed out of the autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packed. They are then transported to the storage yard using our advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring that each product reaches its destination in perfect condition.
