AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the foundational phase of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, we utilize premium-quality ingredients such as sand (often innovatively sourced from fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and the strategically added aluminum powder or paste.
This crucial stage is devoted to the meticulous processing and strategic storage of all raw materials, ensuring each element is primed for seamless integration into our high-efficiency production process.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This segment lies at the core of the process, pivotal in crafting robust and durable autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring longevity and structural integrity.
Within this essential segment, we focus on the precise crafting of the steel mesh (or mesh cage) necessary for creating superior autoclaved aerated concrete plates. This includes a blend of both manual and automated mesh hanging, combined with the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame for optimum efficiency.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
In this pivotal stage, we ensure the creation of high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs through meticulous processes that set the foundation for superior end products.
This section is dedicated to the precision fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage), essential for the production of top-tier autoclaved aerated concrete plates. This involves both manual and automatic mesh hanging, as well as the automated circulation of the assembly framework, ensuring precision and speed.
4. Cutting Section
During this phase, the mold frame carrying the billet body is expertly handled via a turning crane for demudding. The blank body, along with the side plate, is skillfully placed on the cutting car, where it undergoes a comprehensive cutting process, including lateral, horizontal, and vertical cuts to achieve the desired product shape precisely.
The process culminates with the ground turning table efficiently handling the removal and recycling of corner waste from the cut body, ensuring environmental responsibility and resource optimization.
Following the meticulous waste removal process, the blank body is expertly finalized using a marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition to the subsequent phase in the production line.
5. Autoclaving Section
The precisely assembled cakes are transported into the tank with expert precision for sustained pressure maintenance by utilizing the precision-driven traction mechanism paired with the ferry cart, ensuring flawless handling leading up to the autoclaves.
Post-autoclaving, the expertly cured products are extracted with finesse from the autoclave by the ferry cart, then seamlessly transported to the final product packaging section for optimal efficiency and care.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Once freshly steamed from the autoclave, the cakes undergo meticulous sorting to ensure quality and consistency. They are then palletized, expertly packed, and transported to the storage yard with precision and care, utilizing advanced packaging and conveying equipment for optimal efficiency and organization.
