AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The foundational components crucial for autoclaved aerated coagulation production consist of sand, commonly derived from fly ash, lime, cement, gypsum, as well as aluminum powder or paste.
This indispensable phase is committed to the precise processing and strategic storage of all raw materials, setting the stage for exceptional production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This segment is the epicenter of crafting robust autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring durability and strength.
This stage is pivotal for fabricating the steel mesh (or mesh cage) which is essential for the autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It includes both manual and automated mesh hanging, as well as the flawless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This critical stage is key to producing top-tier autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, laying the groundwork for quality.
This section focuses on the precise creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, involving both manual (or automated) mesh hanging and the seamless automated circulation of the assembly framework.
4. Cutting Section
In this stage, the mold frame with the billet body is subjected to demudding via a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car for a thorough cutting process—lateral, horizontal, and vertical—achieving the desired product shape.
The process is completed with the ground turning table, which aids in the removal and recycling of corner waste from the cut body, ensuring eco-friendly practices.
After waste removal, the blank body is finalized with the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, guaranteeing a smooth transition to the subsequent phase.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are expertly transported into the tank for extended pressure maintenance by the precision-driven traction mechanism in front of the autoclaves, along with the efficient ferry cart leading the way.
Post-autoclaving, the meticulously cured products are extracted with skill from the autoclave by the ferry cart and seamlessly transitioned to the final product packaging section, ensuring smooth operations.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The freshly steamed cakes from the autoclave undergo a meticulous sorting process. They are then expertly palletized, packed with precision, and conveyed to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment after efficient separation.
