1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials utilized in autoclaved aerated coagulation production typically encompass high-quality sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This section is dedicated to the precise processing and meticulous storage of all raw materials, ensuring unmatched quality and consistency.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal section is crucial for producing premium autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring exceptional structural integrity and long-lasting durability.
This section fabricates the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, featuring both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Another core section vital for the production of superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring optimal pre-curing conditions for elite quality.
This section fabricates the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, featuring both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
In this section, the mold frame loaded with the billet body is demudded using a crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is precisely placed on the cutting car for exact side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
The cut body is then expertly managed by the ground turning table to efficiently remove and recycle corner waste, ensuring minimal material loss and maximum efficiency.
Subsequently, the blank body is meticulously handled by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car for final processing, preparing it perfectly for the next stages.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are sent into the autoclave tank where consistent pressure is maintained using the traction mechanism and ferry cart, ensuring uniform and thorough curing.
Post curing, the autoclaved products are carefully extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section, maintaining their quality and integrity.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After being steamed out of the autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring they reach customers in pristine condition.
