1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This section focuses on the processing and storage of these essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication & Circulation
& Circulation
This core section is integral for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It is utilized for creating the steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for the autoclaved aerated concrete plate, including manual (automatic) mesh hanging and automatic assembly frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This pivotal section is crucial for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It involves making steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for the autoclaved aerated concrete plate, manual (automatic) mesh hanging, and the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
Here, the mold frame loaded with billet body is demudded by turning the crane. The blank body and side plate are placed on the cutting car, achieving the final product shape through side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
After cutting, the ground turning table removes and recycles the corner waste.
Following waste removal, the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car complete the final process for the blank body.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transferred into the autoclave for constant pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Autoclave-cured products are then pulled out by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packaged, and transported to the storage yard by the packaging and conveying equipment after separation.
