AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The ingredients for our autoclaved aerated coagulation production include high-quality sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste), all meticulously selected for excellence.
This crucial section is dedicated to the precise processing and secure storage of the raw materials, ensuring quality from the start.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal section is the heart of our production, meticulously crafting autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with precision.
Here, we fabricate the essential steel mesh (or mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, incorporating both manual and automatic hanging mesh systems for seamless assembly frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This essential section remains the core element of our production, focusing on creating top-tier autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Utilized for crafting steel mesh cages required for concrete plates, this sophisticated system integrates manual and automatic mesh hanging with seamless assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
With precision, the mold frame carrying the billet body is de-mudded using a turning crane. The side plate and blank body are then expertly placed on the cutting car for precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts, completing the product's form.
After cutting, the ground turning table efficiently handles the removal and recycling of corner waste, ensuring minimal loss and maximum efficiency.
Post-waste removal, the marshalling crane and ferry car expertly complete the assembly of the blank body, maintaining quality and order.
5. Autoclaving Section
Expertly assembled cakes are maneuvered into the tank for precise constant-pressure maintenance, facilitated by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, ensuring superior results.
After curing, products are smoothly extracted from the autoclave and transported seamlessly to the packaging section, ready for distribution.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-autoclaving, the cakes are expertly sorted, palletized, and meticulously packed. The packaging and conveying systems then transport them efficiently to the storage yard, ready for delivery.
