1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production are usually sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste) among other components.
This section is dedicated to the precise processing and efficient storage of essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating & Circulation
This is the crucial segment for producing robust autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This section fabricates the steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for the autoclaved aerated concrete plates, handles manual (or automatic) mesh hanging, and manages the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is another critical section for the production of high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It is responsible for crafting the steel mesh (mesh cage) required for the autoclaved aerated concrete plates, facilitating manual (or automatic) mesh hanging, and ensuring the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame loaded with the billet body is demoulded by the turning crane. The billet body, along with the side plate, is then placed on the cutting car. The product is precisely shaped through side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
The cut billet body undergoes a finishing process via the ground turning table, which also facilitates the removal and recycling of corner waste.
After waste removal, the billet body marshalling is completed by the marshalling crane and ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are carefully transported into the autoclave for constant pressure maintenance using a traction mechanism and a ferry cart.
Post-autoclave, the cured products are extracted by the ferry cart and conveyed to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products Classification & Packaging

The cakes that have undergone autoclaving are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
