1. Raw Material Processing Section: Laying the Foundation
This crucial phase involves the meticulous processing and storage of essential raw materials. Typically, our production harnesses the power of sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste).
In this stage, each material is expertly handled to ensure optimal quality and readiness for the subsequent steps in our process.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating & Circulation: The Heart of the Operation
This phase is pivotal for shaping the robust framework of our exceptional autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Our advanced facilities ensure the precise creation of steel mesh (or mesh cage) crucial for structural integrity. This includes both manual and automatic hanging of the mesh and seamless circulation of assembly frames.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section: Transforming Raw Potential
This is another core phase pivotal for the evolution of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
During this process, the steel mesh is expertly integrated, allowing both manual and automatic mesh applications, complemented by the assembly frame's automatic circulation.
4. Cutting Section: Precision Craftsmanship
Our precision engineering comes to life as the mold frame, laden with the billet body, undergoes a transformative demudding process. The billet, alongside the side plate, is expertly maneuvered onto the cutting car, where it achieves perfection through side, horizontal, and vertical cuts.
The ground turning table plays a vital role in efficiently removing and recycling corner waste, ensuring sustainability and minimal waste.
Upon removal of waste, the billet is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and ferry car, streamlining the process for the next stage.
5. Autoclaving Section: Sealing the Excellence
Transported by our sophisticated traction mechanism and ferry cart, the assembled cakes undergo a rigorous autoclaving process, ensuring they meet the highest standards of durability and strength.
Post-autoclaving, our high-quality products are swiftly moved from the tank by the ferry cart to the next phase, the finished product packaging section, ready for the world.
6. Finished Products Classification & Packaging: Final Touch of Perfection
After emerging from the autoclave, our expertly crafted cakes are carefully sorted, palletized, and packaged. They are then seamlessly transported by state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, ready to be dispatched to our valued customers.
