1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste), and more.
This section efficiently handles the processing and storage of all raw materials, ensuring the utmost quality and consistency.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the pivotal section for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, which are integral to construction.
In this section, steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is meticulously crafted. It includes manual (or automatic) hanging of the mesh and the highly efficient automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This crucial section is responsible for the initial formation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It involves the preparation of steel mesh (mesh cage) required for the concrete plates, along with manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
Using a turning crane, the mold frame holding the billet body is demolded. The blank body, along with the side plate, is then positioned on the cutting car. This process achieves precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting of the product.
The ground turning table efficiently removes and recycles corner waste from the cut body, ensuring minimal material wastage.
After waste removal, the blank body undergoes further processing by the marshalling crane and ferry car, ensuring preparation for the next stages of production.
5. Autoclaving Section
The fully assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave for constant pressure maintenance by the front traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Upon completion of autoclave curing, the products are extracted by the ferry cart and directed towards the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
