1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials integral to the autoclaved aerated coagulation process typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This section is dedicated to the precise processing and meticulous storage of these critical raw materials, ensuring quality and consistency.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal section is essential for producing high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, a cornerstone of our product excellence.
Here, the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is fabricated, incorporating both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Another core section vital for the production of superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring structural integrity and quality.
In this section, the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is fabricated, incorporating both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
In this stage, the mold frame loaded with the billet body is demudded using a crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is then precisely cut on the cutting car for side, horizontal, and vertical dimensions.
The cut body is efficiently managed by the ground turning table to remove and recycle corner waste, optimizing material usage.
Subsequently, the blank body is handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car for final processing, ensuring uniformity and precision.
5. Autoclaving Section
Assembled cakes are sent into the autoclave tank for consistent pressure maintenance using the traction mechanism and the ferry cart, ensuring thorough curing.
Post curing, the autoclaved products are meticulously extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section, ready for the final stages.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After being expertly steamed out of the autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring they reach the customer in perfect condition.
