1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials for autoclaved aerated coagulation production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This crucial section handles the processing and storage of all raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section is pivotal for manufacturing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It involves the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) required for the slabs, along with manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This core section is vital for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It is used for fabricating the steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for the slabs, manual (or automatic) mesh hanging, and automated assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame containing the billet body is demudded by a crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on a cutting car for side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve the final product shape.
The ground turning table completes the cut body, removing and recycling corner waste.
After waste removal, the blank body is finalized by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transported into the tank for constant pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism and ferry cart in front of the autoclaves.
Once cured in the autoclave, the products are moved out by the ferry cart and taken to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard using packaging and conveying equipment after separation.
