1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials for autoclaved aerated coagulation production typically include high-quality sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This crucial section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and storage of raw materials, ensuring they are perfectly primed for production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal section is central to the creation of premium autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, we efficiently fabricate the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) required for high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete plates. This includes both manual and automatic mesh hanging, along with the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This critical section is the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production.
In this phase, we meticulously craft the steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for the production of concrete plates, including both manual and automatic mesh hanging, alongside the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame carrying the billet body is expertly demudded by the turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is then placed on the cutting car, where precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting completes the product's shaping.
The cut body undergoes further refinement on the ground turning table, which efficiently removes and recycles corner waste.
Post waste removal, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, ensuring a flawless finish.
5. Autoclaving Section
In this section, the assembled cakes are carefully sent into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance via the traction mechanism and the ferry cart.
Post curing in the autoclave, the products are deftly pulled out by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Once out of the autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by our advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring they are ready for dispatch.
