1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials essential for autoclaved aerated coagulation production comprise sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (or aluminum paste) among others.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section stands as the heart of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production process.
Here, steel mesh (or mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is fabricated. This section facilitates both manual and automatic hanging of mesh, alongside the automated circulation of assembly frames.
3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
This crucial section is fundamental to the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Within this section, steel mesh (or mesh cage), essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, is fabricated. It also supports manual (and automatic) hanging mesh, along with the automated circulation of assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
In this stage, the mold frame loaded with billet bodies is demudded by a turning crane. The blank bodies, along with their side plates, are placed on a cutting car. The cutting process is completed with side, horizontal, and vertical cuts.
The cut bodies are then processed by a ground turning table, which removes and recycles the corner waste.
Post waste removal, the blank bodies are further processed by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
Here, assembled cakes are introduced into the autoclave for consistent pressure maintenance, facilitated by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart.
Post autoclaving, the cured products are extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The steamed cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and then conveyed to the storage yard using specialized packaging and conveying equipment after separation.
