1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
In this section, we focus on the precise processing and meticulous storage of all raw materials. This ensures the highest quality and consistency for our production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal section is essential for producing high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring structural integrity and durability throughout.
Here, we fabricate the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. Our process includes both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Another vital section, crucial for producing superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs by ensuring optimal pre-curing conditions.
This segment also involves the fabrication of the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, featuring both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
In this section, the mold frame loaded with the billet body is demoulded using a crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car for precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
The cut body is then managed by the ground turning table to efficiently remove and recycle corner waste, ensuring minimal material loss.
Subsequently, the blank body is handled by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car for final processing, preparing it for the next stages.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transferred into the autoclave tank for consistent pressure maintenance, utilizing the traction mechanism and ferry cart to ensure uniform curing.
After curing, the autoclaved products are carefully extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After steaming out of the autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring they reach customers in pristine condition.
