1. Raw Material Processing Section: Foundation of Quality
In the realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, our process incorporates essential raw materials including sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), ensuring unmatched quality and strength.
This pivotal section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of raw materials, setting the stage for premium production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating: Precision in Every Grid
& Circulation: Seamless Integration
As the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, this section ensures optimal efficiency and precision.
Designed for crafting essential steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, this section supports both manual and automatic mesh handling, alongside the advanced circulation of assembly frames.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section: The Core of Craftsmanship
Within this critical section, the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs is executed with precision and care.
Engineered for the creation of required steel mesh (mesh cage), this section facilitates manual and automatic mesh handling with seamless automatic circulation.
4. Cutting Section: Precision and Perfection
Our cutting section involves the seamless demudding of the mold frame via a crane, placing the blank body and side plate onto a cutting car, and executing precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting for impeccable product formation.
Post-cutting, the ground turning table efficiently removes and recycles corner waste, ensuring sustainability and efficiency.
Subsequently, the marshalling crane and ferry car finalize the blank body preparation, achieving flawless organization and transport.
5. Autoclaving Section: Strength Through Consistency
Here, assembled cakes are smoothly introduced into the autoclave tank via a traction mechanism for consistent pressure maintenance, followed by the ferry cart's adept handling.
Once the curing process concludes, autoclave-treated products are expertly drawn out by the ferry cart and directed towards the final packaging section, ensuring their readiness for market.
6. Finished Products: Excellence in Every Pack
Classification & Packaging: Tailored Perfection
Upon exiting the autoclave, our products are systematically sorted, palletized, and packed with precision, then seamlessly transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, primed for delivery.
