AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The foundation of our autoclaved aerated coagulation production begins with the selection of premium raw materials. Typically, these include sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste).
This vital section focuses on the meticulous processing and strategic storage of raw materials, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section represents the heart of our autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, where innovation meets craftsmanship.
Within this pivotal section, we craft the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for our concrete plates. This includes both manual and automatic mesh hanging, alongside the seamless automatic circulation of assembly frames.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is the nexus of our production process for autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, where precision in pouring and pre-curing is paramount.
This stage is also integral for crafting the vital steel mesh (mesh cage) needed for concrete plates, utilizing both manual and automated techniques, as well as ensuring efficient assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
In this section, the mold frame, carrying the billet body, is expertly demudded using a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is then positioned on a cutting car where side, horizontal, and vertical cutting complete the product's formation.
The finished cut body is smoothly processed by the ground turning table, which removes and recycles any corner waste effectively.
Post waste removal, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, ensuring seamless progression to the next production phase.
5. Autoclaving Section
Through the traction mechanism and ferry cart, the assembled cakes are carefully transferred into the autoclave tank for precise pressure maintenance, ensuring product integrity.
Upon curing, the products are methodically extracted from the autoclave by the ferry cart and directed to the finished product packaging section, ready for distribution.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After a thorough steaming process, the cakes are systematically sorted, palletized, and packed. They are then efficiently conveyed to the storage yard by our state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, primed for delivery.
