AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
Immerse yourself in the sophisticated world of autoclaved aerated coagulation production. Here, we meticulously handle premium raw materials, including sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), ensuring only the finest quality.
This crucial section is devoted to the meticulous processing and organized storage of these vital raw materials, setting the foundation for excellence.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section is the operational heart, fueling the creation of superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with precision and reliability.
In this stage, we masterfully craft the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates. Utilizing both manual and automatic hanging mesh techniques, we ensure the flawless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This core section is pivotal to producing high-caliber autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring every slab meets the highest standards.
Here, the crucial steel mesh (mesh cage) is expertly created for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates, incorporating both manual and automated mesh hanging techniques along with the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
In this precision-driven stage, the mold-loaded billet body is expertly demudded using a turning crane. The blank body, supported by the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car for precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts, shaping the final product with impeccable accuracy.
The ground turning table plays a pivotal role in deftly removing and recycling corner waste, ensuring each cut body is finished with meticulous attention to detail.
After the corner waste is gracefully removed, the blank body undergoes precise handling by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, ensuring optimal results.
5. Autoclaving Section
With meticulous precision, the assembled cakes are channeled into the autoclave tanks by the traction mechanism and ferry cart. Constant pressure is maintained to achieve flawless results, delivering excellence every time.
Once cured to perfection, the autoclaved products are expertly extracted by the ferry cart and seamlessly transitioned into the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Upon emerging from the autoclave, the cakes are expertly sorted, palletized, and packed with precision. They are then transported to the storage yard, all facilitated by our cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring efficiency and quality.

For superior machining, we utilize Taiwan's vertical machining center, a CNC gantry boring and milling machine, and a sophisticated horizontal machining center.
