AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The autoclaved aerated coagulation process begins with a symphony of raw materials including sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste), meticulously prepared to set the foundation for excellence.
This pivotal section is dedicated to the sophisticated processing and secure storage of these essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section is the heart of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, ensuring seamless operations and precision.
Here, the crafting of robust steel mesh (or mesh cage) for the AAC plates takes place with meticulous care, encompassing options for both manual and automatic mesh hanging, supported by an advanced automatic circulation system of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This integral section is yet another core element for producing high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It involves the creation of the essential steel mesh (or mesh cage) necessary for the AAC plates, featuring options for either manual or automatic mesh hanging and a state-of-the-art automatic circulation assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
In this section, the mold frames, laden with billet bodies, undergo a precise demudding process by the turning crane, after which the blank bodies, accompanied by side plates, are transferred to the cutting car. Here, the products achieve their final form through intricate side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
The ground turning table elegantly completes the process by removing and recycling corner waste, ensuring sustainable production practices.
Subsequent to waste removal, the blank bodies are expertly managed by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, ensuring a seamless transition to the next stage of production.
5. Autoclaving Section
Within this section, assembled cakes are expertly conveyed into the autoclave tank for pressure maintenance, facilitated by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart, thus ensuring consistency and quality.
After autoclaving, the cured products are efficiently extracted by the ferry cart and conveyed to the finished product packaging section, marking the culmination of the production process.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Once fresh from the autoclave, the steam-treated cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and expertly packed. They are then transported to the storage area by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, completing their journey with precision.
