AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the realm of autoclaved aerated concrete production, the carefully selected raw materials—sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste)—form the foundation of unparalleled quality.
This pivotal section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and strategic storage of essential raw materials, ensuring seamless operation and optimal quality.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section stands as the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, where innovation meets precision.
Here, the steel mesh, or cage, essential for the integrity of the concrete plates is crafted. The process includes manual or automated mesh hanging and a streamlined assembly frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is the nucleus of autoclaved aerated concrete slab creation, facilitating the essential processes.
It specializes in fabricating the steel mesh or cage, crucial for concrete plate formation, with options for manual or automatic mesh hanging and efficient assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, laden with billet body, undergoes strategic demudding via a crane. The side, horizontal, and vertical cutting techniques achieve precise product molding on the cutting car.
The cutting process culminates in the removal and recycling of corner waste, executed by the ground turning table.
Post-waste removal, the blank body is expertly managed by the marshalling crane and ferry car, ensuring coherence in production.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes journey into the autoclave tank, where they undergo a process of constant pressure maintenance, facilitated by the traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Upon autoclave curing, the products are seamlessly extracted by the ferry cart and conveyed to the finished product packaging section, ready for the next phase.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The autoclave-steamed cakes undergo a meticulous process of sorting, palletizing, and packing, before being efficiently transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment.

Our machining arsenal includes a Taiwan vertical machining center, a CNC gantry boring and milling machine, and a horizontal machining center, each contributing to our remarkable production capabilities.
