AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the mesmerizing realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the fundamental raw materials comprise sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and the enchanting essence of aluminum powder (aluminum paste), among others.
This section is meticulously crafted for the precise processing and efficient storage of these indispensable raw materials, ensuring optimal preparation for the production ahead.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section serves as the heartbeat of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, where cutting-edge innovation seamlessly merges with precision craftsmanship.
In this hub of innovation, the steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete slabs is expertly crafted. The process incorporates effortless manual (or automatic) mesh manipulation and an advanced system for the automatic movement of the assembly frame, ensuring exceptional efficiency.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Here, this pivotal section crystallizes the transformation of ideas into tangible reality, playing a crucial role in the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Within this dynamic sphere, the precision fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage) is meticulously executed, involving both manual and automatic mesh maneuvers, complemented by the automated circulation of the assembly frame for heightened efficiency.
4. Cutting Section
In this section, mechanical artistry unfolds as the mold frame, bearing the billet body, is demudded by a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car. This comprehensive process includes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts to yield perfectly molded products.
Upon completing the meticulous cuts, the emerging masterpiece is skillfully managed by the ground turning table to efficiently eliminate and recycle corner waste, ensuring an eco-friendly process.
Following waste removal, the blank body is gracefully maneuvered by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, bringing this stage to a refined conclusion.
5. Autoclaving Section
With precision engineering, the assembled cakes are elegantly ushered into the tanks for steadfast pressure maintenance, facilitated by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart, both strategically positioned in front of the autoclaves.
Following their autoclave treatment, the products emerge with triumph, pulled out by the ferry cart and smoothly transferred to the finished product packaging section, ready to make their grand entrance.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Newly emerged from the autoclaves, the cakes undergo a meticulous process of sorting, palletizing, packing, and seamless transportation to the storage yard. This entire operation is orchestrated by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, guaranteeing a flawless journey from production to storage.
