1. Raw Material Processing Section

In the captivating realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the magic begins with sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and a touch of aluminum powder or paste. These essential ingredients form the backbone of our premium AAC blocks.

This pivotal stage handles the precise processing and meticulous storage, ensuring each raw material is perfectly prepped for production excellence.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation

This is the heartbeat of our operation, where the autoclaved aerated concrete slabs are born with precision and care.

Here, we expertly craft the steel mesh cages essential for AAC plates, integrating both manual and automatic mesh operations, alongside seamless circulation of assembly frames.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section

Positioned as the core of our AAC slab production, this section embodies efficiency and innovation.

Within this hub, the steel mesh cages essential for AAC plates are meticulously crafted, complemented by both manual and automatic mesh hanging, and the automated circulation of assembly frames.

4. Cutting Section

Witness the transformation as billet bodies are demolded by our turning crane. Placed on the cutting car, these bodies undergo precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting, achieving immaculate product molding.

Our ground turning table completes the process, deftly removing and recycling corner waste to ensure sustainable production.
Post-waste removal, the blank bodies are expertly handled by the marshalling crane and ferry car, epitomizing our commitment to seamless production.

5. Autoclaving Section

Here, the assembled cakes are ushered into the tanks for precise pressure maintenance, aided by advanced traction mechanisms and ferry carts, ensuring flawless curing.

Upon curing, the AAC masterpieces emerge from the autoclaves, ready to be transported to the final packaging stage with care and efficiency.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

After their sleek exit from the autoclave, our AAC cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packaged. They are then gracefully conveyed to the storage yard, ready to meet the world with strength and sophistication.
