1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials integral to autoclaved aerated coagulation production encompass sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste), and more.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and storage of raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This segment stands as the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is created. This includes manual (automatic) hanging mesh and seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
This section remains pivotal in the creation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It facilitates the production of steel mesh (mesh cage) crucial for autoclaved aerated concrete plate, incorporating both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, loaded with billet body, undergoes demudding by turning the crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car, where side, horizontal, and vertical cutting complete the product's molding.
Post cutting, the ground turning table efficiently removes and recycles corner waste.
Following waste removal, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave for constant pressure maintenance via the traction mechanism in front of the autoclaves and the ferry cart guiding them.
After curing, the autoclave products are efficiently extracted by the ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After being steamed out of the autoclave, the cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by the advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
