1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials essential for autoclaved aerated coagulation production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste), and more.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and efficient storage of raw materials.
2. Automated Steel Mesh Fabrication
& Circulation
This pivotal section is the heart of the production line for autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is fabricated. It includes manual (automatic) mesh hanging and seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
This is another core area crucial for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It involves the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for the concrete plates, along with manual (automatic) mesh hanging and automated frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, loaded with the billet body, is demudded using a crane. The blank body along with the side plate is positioned on the cutting car, where it undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
The cut body then undergoes corner waste removal and recycling, facilitated by the ground turning table.
After waste removal, the blank body is completed by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
Assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave tank for constant pressure curing via the traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Post-curing, the autoclaved products are extracted by the ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Steamed-out cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
