AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The backbone of our autoclaved aerated coagulation production involves high-quality raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and the essential aluminum powder (or aluminum paste).
This crucial phase is dedicated to the meticulous processing and efficient storage of these foundational materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section represents the heart of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production process.
Here, we expertly craft the steel mesh (or mesh cage) essential for the concrete plates, employing both manual and state-of-the-art automatic mesh hanging techniques alongside an innovative assembly frame circulation system.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is another critical pillar in the production of top-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It is integral to the creation of steel mesh cages necessary for these slabs, utilizing both manual and automatic technologies for hanging mesh and seamlessly circulating the assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
In this phase, the mold frame, carrying the billet body, is skillfully demolded using a turning crane. The blank body, coupled with its side plate, is expertly positioned on the cutting car, achieving precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to shape the final product.
The ground turning table excels at removing and recycling corner waste post-cutting.
After waste removal, the marshalling crane and ferry car efficiently complete the handling of the blank body, ensuring seamless marshalling operations.
5. Autoclaving Section
With precision, the assembled cakes are guided into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance, facilitated by the traction mechanism, and the ferry cart positioned strategically in front of the autoclaves.
Post-autoclave curing, the product is efficiently extricated by the ferry cart, ready for conveyance to the final packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Once steamed, the cakes undergo a seamless process of sorting, palletizing, and packing, expertly handled by our packaging and conveying equipment, and are subsequently transported to the storage yard.
