AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
Embark on the captivating journey of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, where the fundamental ingredients such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and the enchanting touch of aluminum powder (aluminum paste), among others, come together.
This section is masterfully crafted for the precise processing and optimal storage of these indispensable raw materials, ensuring the highest standards of efficiency.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the core of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production—a key area where cutting-edge innovation seamlessly aligns with exacting precision.
In this realm, the steel mesh (mesh cage), crucial for the creation of autoclaved aerated concrete plates, is meticulously crafted. The procedure features both manual and automatic mesh handling, enhanced by an advanced automatic circulation system for the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
In this essential segment of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, the enigmatic transformation of materials into solid form takes place.
Here, the intricate process of steel mesh (mesh cage) fabrication is executed with utmost precision. It involves both manual and automated mesh handling, seamlessly integrated with the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
Witness the unfolding of engineering artistry as the mold frame, bearing the billet body, is skillfully demudded by a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is meticulously placed on the cutting car for precise side, horizontal, and vertical incisions, achieving immaculate molding.
The pièce de résistance emerges as the elegantly cut body is deftly managed by the ground turning table to efficiently eliminate and recycle corner waste, upholding sustainability.
After waste removal, the blank body is expertly maneuvered by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, culminating this phase with unmatched grace.
5. Autoclaving Section
With exquisite precision, the assembled cakes are delicately guided into the tank for steady pressure sustenance, aided by the strategically positioned traction mechanism and ferry cart in front of the autoclaves.
The autoclave-cured products triumphantly emerge, drawn out by the ferry cart and effortlessly conveyed to the finished product packaging section, poised for their grand introduction.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Freshly emerged from the autoclave, the cakes undergo a systematic process of sorting, palletizing, packing, and swift transportation to the storage yard. This symphony is orchestrated by cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring a seamless transition from production to storage.
